Ingredients - Serves 6

Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
  2. In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and sauté until the onion is translucent.
  3. Add the chopped tomato to the pan and cook until it's soft.
  4. Add the drained tuna, parsley, salt, and pepper to the pan. Stir well to combine.
  5. Roll out the puff pastry and cut out circles. Place a spoonful of the tuna mixture in the center of each circle.
  6. Fold the pastry over the filling and seal the edges with a fork.
  7. Brush the top of each pie with the beaten egg.
  8. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the pies are golden brown.
