Elgkarbonader

- Elk meat - 500 grams, minced
Let's Get Started
- In a large bowl, combine the minced elk meat, chopped onion, minced garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- Heat the butter in a large frying pan over medium heat.
- Add the patties to the pan and cook for about 5 minutes on each side, or until they are browned and cooked through.
- Serve the elgkarbonader with lingonberry jam, mashed potatoes, and vegetables.
