Edamame Hummus
A healthy and delicious twist on traditional hummus, made with edamame beans.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Water - 2-3 tablespoons
- Cumin - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
- Tahini - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Edamame beans - 2 cups, shelled and cooked
Let's Get Started
- In a food processor, combine the edamame beans, garlic, tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and cumin.
- Process until smooth, adding water as needed to achieve desired consistency.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
- Serve with pita bread or vegetable sticks.
