Edamame Gyoza

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. In a food processor, combine the edamame, carrot, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Pulse until the mixture is finely chopped.
  2. Place a spoonful of the edamame mixture in the center of each gyoza wrapper. Wet the edges of the wrapper with water, fold in half, and press to seal.
  3. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the gyoza and cook until the bottoms are golden brown, about 3 minutes.
  4. Add 1/4 cup of water to the skillet, cover, and steam the gyoza until the water has evaporated and the gyoza are cooked through, about 5 minutes.
  5. Serve the edamame gyoza with soy sauce for dipping.
