Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. In a food processor, combine the edamame, green onions, garlic, egg, flour, salt, and pepper. Pulse until the mixture is combined but still chunky.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Using a tablespoon, scoop the edamame mixture into the skillet and flatten with the back of the spoon.
  4. Cook the fritters for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and crispy.
  5. Remove the fritters from the skillet and drain on paper towels.
  6. Serve the edamame fritters warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
