Dwaeji Bulgogi, also known as Korean Spicy Pork, is a flavorful dish made with thinly sliced pork marinated in a homemade spicy sauce and grilled to perfection.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Ginger - 1 tablespoon, minced
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Gochujang - 2 tablespoons
- Pork shoulder - 1 pound, thinly sliced
Let's Get Started
- In a bowl, combine gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, sugar, green onions, and black pepper to make the marinade.
- Add the thinly sliced pork to the marinade and mix well. Let it marinate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
- Preheat the grill over medium-high heat.
- Grill the pork for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until it's cooked through and slightly charred.
