Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Clean the chicken and marinate with yogurt, ginger garlic paste, green chillies, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder, lemon juice and salt. Keep it aside for 2 hours.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and add the chopped onions. Fry until golden brown.
  3. Add the marinated chicken to the pan and mix well. Cook on low heat for about 10 minutes.
  4. Cover the pan and cook on low heat for another 40 minutes.
  5. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
