Fried Breakfast
A hearty and delicious fried breakfast with all the classic components.
Ingredients - Serves 2
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Butter - 2 tablespoons
- Bread - 4 slices
- Baked beans - 1 can
- Tomatoes - 2, halved
- Mushrooms - 4, sliced
- Sausages - 4
- Eggs - 4
- Bacon - 4 slices
Let's Get Started
- Heat a frying pan over medium heat and cook the bacon until crispy. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, cook the sausages until browned and cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- Add the mushrooms to the pan and cook until golden brown. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- In a separate pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Crack the eggs into the pan and cook to your desired doneness.
- While the eggs are cooking, toast the bread slices.
- In a small saucepan, heat the baked beans over low heat until warmed through.
- Place the cooked bacon, sausages, mushrooms, tomatoes, eggs, and toast on a plate. Season with salt and pepper.
