Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat a panini press or a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Slice the French bread pieces in half horizontally.
  3. Spread mustard on one side of each bread slice.
  4. Layer the roasted pork, ham, Swiss cheese, and pickles on one half of the bread.
  5. Close the sandwich with the other half of the bread.
  6. Spread butter on the outside of the sandwich.
  7. Place the sandwich in the panini press or skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, until the bread is crispy and the cheese is melted.
  8. Remove from heat and let it cool for a minute.
  9. Slice the sandwich in half diagonally and serve hot.
