- Butter - 50 grams
- Sage - 1 sprig

- Chicken livers - 500 grams

- Clean the chicken livers and cut them into small pieces.
- In a pan, melt the butter and add the chopped onion, minced garlic, and sage. Cook until the onion is translucent.
- Add the chicken livers to the pan and cook until they are browned.
- Pour the white wine into the pan and let it evaporate.
- Season with salt and pepper and remove the sage sprig.
- Blend the mixture in a food processor until it becomes a smooth paté.
- Spread the paté on the toasted bread slices and serve.
