Crispy Smashed Potatoes
These crispy smashed potatoes are boiled until tender, then smashed and roasted until crispy. They're the perfect side dish for any meal.

- Fresh rosemary - 1 tablespoon, chopped
- Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 3 tablespoons
- Small potatoes - 1.5 pounds
Let's Get Started
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Place the potatoes in a large pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil and cook until the potatoes are tender, about 15-20 minutes.
- Drain the potatoes and let them dry for a few minutes.
- Place the potatoes on a baking sheet. Use a potato masher or the bottom of a glass to smash each potato flat.
