Let's Get Started

  1. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the pork chops and cook until browned on both sides, about 5 minutes per side. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt the butter. Add the garlic and mushrooms and cook until the mushrooms are soft and golden, about 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Bring to a simmer and cook until the sauce has thickened, about 5 minutes.
  5. Return the pork chops to the skillet and spoon the sauce over the top. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes, or until the pork chops are cooked through.
  6. Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
