Creamy Parmesan Garlic Mushroom Pasta
This creamy and flavorful pasta dish is made with sautéed mushrooms, garlic, and parmesan cheese.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 cup, grated
- Heavy cream - 1 cup
- Garlic - 4 cloves, minced
- Mushrooms - 8 ounces, sliced
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Pasta - 8 ounces
Let's Get Started
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the mushrooms and cook until they release their moisture and become golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
