Creamy Mashed Cauliflower

- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Parmesan cheese - 1/4 cup, grated
- Cream cheese - 1/4 cup
- Butter - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Cauliflower - 1 large head, cut into florets
Let's Get Started
- Steam the cauliflower florets until they are very tender, about 10 minutes.
