- Parsley - 1 tablespoon, chopped
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 cup, grated
- Blue cheese - 1/2 cup, crumbled
- Heavy cream - 1 cup
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Butter - 2 tablespoons
- Linguine - 8 ounces
Let's Get Started
- Cook the linguine according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
