Let's Get Started
- In a large pot, add the beef, pork, chicken, chorizo, and blood sausage. Cover with water and bring to a boil.

- Add the cabbage, carrots, potatoes, and turnips to the pot. Season with salt.
- Continue to simmer for another hour, until all the ingredients are cooked.
- Serve the cozido in a large dish, with the broth on the side.
