Cote de Porc a La Dijonnaise
Côte de Porc à la Dijonnaise is a delicious French dish made with pork chops cooked in a creamy Dijon mustard sauce.

- Fresh parsley - 1 tablespoon, chopped
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Butter - 2 tablespoons
- Heavy cream - 1/4 cup
- Dijon mustard - 2 tablespoons
- Pork chops - 2
Let's Get Started
- Season the pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat.

- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
