Let's Get Started

  1. Spread one side of each slice of bread with Thousand Island dressing.
  2. On two of the slices, layer half of the cheese, all of the corned beef, the sauerkraut, and the remaining cheese. Top with the remaining slices of bread, dressing-side down.
  3. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add the sandwiches and cook until the bread is toasted and the cheese is melted, about 5 minutes per side.
