Ingredients - Serves 2

Let's Get Started

  1. Spread mustard on one side of each slice of bread.
  2. Layer pastrami and swiss cheese on two slices of bread.
  3. Top with the remaining slices of bread, mustard-side down.
  4. Heat a panini press or griddle over medium heat.
  5. Butter the outside of each sandwich and place on the panini press or griddle.
  6. Cook until the bread is toasted and the cheese is melted, about 5 minutes on each side.
  7. Cut in half and serve immediately.
