Pastrami Panini
This delicious Pastrami Panini is made with rye bread, pastrami, swiss cheese, and a tangy mustard sauce.
Ingredients - Serves 2
- Butter - 2 tablespoons
- Mustard - 2 tablespoons
- Swiss cheese - 4 slices
- Pastrami - 8 ounces
- Rye bread - 4 slices
Let's Get Started
- Spread mustard on one side of each slice of bread.
- Layer pastrami and swiss cheese on two slices of bread.
- Top with the remaining slices of bread, mustard-side down.
- Heat a panini press or griddle over medium heat.
- Butter the outside of each sandwich and place on the panini press or griddle.
- Cook until the bread is toasted and the cheese is melted, about 5 minutes on each side.
- Cut in half and serve immediately.
