  1. Rinse the broken rice under cold water until the water runs clear. Cook the rice according to package instructions.
  2. In a bowl, combine the fish sauce, sugar, minced garlic, and minced lemongrass. Marinate the pork chops in this mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the marinated pork chops for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together the sliced cucumber, julienned carrots, sliced radishes, and chopped green onions. Set aside.
  5. In a frying pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Fry the eggs sunny-side up or according to your preference.
  6. To serve, divide the cooked broken rice among four plates. Top each plate with a grilled pork chop, a fried egg, and a portion of the pickled vegetables.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot and enjoy!
