Cold Pasta Salad
A refreshing and filling cold pasta salad, perfect for summer picnics or potlucks.
Ingredients - Serves 6
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Italian dressing - 1/2 cup
- Black olives - 1/2 cup, sliced
- Feta cheese - 1 cup, crumbled
- Red onion - 1/2, thinly sliced
- Cucumber - 1, diced
- Cherry tomatoes - 1 cup, halved
- Pasta - 2 cups, uncooked
Let's Get Started
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Rinse under cold water and drain.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, feta cheese, and black olives.
- Pour the Italian dressing over the pasta mixture. Toss to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
