A traditional Greek salad, also known as Horiatiki, made with fresh vegetables, olives, and feta cheese, dressed with olive oil and lemon juice.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
- Olive oil - 1/4 cup
- Feta cheese - 200 grams, crumbled
- Kalamata olives - 1/2 cup
- Green bell pepper - 1, sliced
- Red onion - 1 small, thinly sliced
- Cucumber - 1 large, sliced
- Tomatoes - 4 medium, cut into wedges
