Clam Chowder Hashbrowns

Ingredients - Serves 4
- Hashbrowns - 4 cups, cooked
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Heavy cream - 1 cup
- Chicken broth - 4 cups
- Potatoes - 2 large, peeled and diced
- Clams - 2 cans, drained
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Onions - 1 large, diced
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
Let's Get Started
- Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
