Buffalo Chicken Hashbrowns

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the buffalo sauce over them. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  3. While the chicken is cooking, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the hashbrowns, onion, and garlic and cook until the hashbrowns are crispy and golden.
  4. Shred the cooked chicken and add it to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper.
