- Water - 4 cups
- Lamb chops - 8
Let's Get Started
- In a large pot, combine the water, salt, sugar, garlic, bay leaves, peppercorns, and rosemary. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat and let cool completely.
- Place the lamb chops in the cooled brine. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or up to 24 hours.
