Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread

- Semi-sweet chocolate chips - 1 cup
- Pumpkin pie spice - 1 teaspoon
- Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
- Eggs - 2
- Brown sugar - 1/2 cup
- Granulated sugar - 1 cup
- Vegetable oil - 1/2 cup
- Pumpkin puree - 1 cup
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Baking soda - 1 teaspoon
- All-purpose flour - 2 cups
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In a large bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice. Mix until well combined.
