Chicken Fajitas

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until it is no longer pink in the center, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of olive oil. Add the bell peppers and onion and cook until they are soft and slightly charred, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Return the chicken to the skillet. Sprinkle the fajita seasoning over the chicken and vegetables and stir to combine. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, until everything is well coated in the seasoning.
  5. Squeeze the juice of one lime over the chicken and vegetables. Stir to combine.
  6. Serve the chicken and vegetables in warm tortillas with sour cream, guacamole, and salsa on the side.
