Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add the chicken pieces and cook until they are no longer pink in the center, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Add the broccoli florets and cook for 3-4 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
  6. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
  7. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until it melts and the sauce is smooth.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Add the cooked chicken and cooked pasta to the skillet. Toss everything together until well coated with the Alfredo sauce.
  10. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley.
  11. Serve hot and enjoy!
