Let's Get Started

  1. Cook the fettuccine noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side. Remove from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes. Slice the chicken into thin strips.
  4. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Add the cooked fettuccine noodles and sliced chicken to the skillet. Toss to coat the noodles and chicken with the alfredo sauce.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
