Chicken Alfredo Pasta
Creamy and delicious chicken alfredo pasta made with tender chicken, fettuccine noodles, and a rich alfredo sauce.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Parmesan cheese - 1 cup, grated
- Heavy cream - 1 cup
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Butter - 2 tablespoons
- Fettuccine noodles - 8 ounces
- Chicken breast - 2, boneless and skinless
Let's Get Started
- Cook the fettuccine noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side. Remove from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes. Slice the chicken into thin strips.
- In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add the cooked fettuccine noodles and sliced chicken to the skillet. Toss to coat the noodles and chicken with the alfredo sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
