  1. In a bowl, combine the ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt, and lemon juice to make a marinade.
  2. Add the boneless chicken or buffalo meat to the marinade and mix well. Let it marinate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for better flavor.
