Fish and Chips in a Cone

- Potatoes - 4 large, cut into fries

- Cold water - 1 cup
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon

- Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
- Cornstarch - 1/4 cup
- All-purpose flour - 1 cup
- White fish fillets - 4 fillets
Let's Get Started
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cornstarch, baking powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Gradually add the cold water to the dry ingredients, whisking until a smooth batter forms.
