Silakka
This traditional Finnish dish features crispy fried Baltic herring served with a tangy dill and mustard sauce.

- Lemon wedges - For serving
- Sour cream - 1/4 cup
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Dijon mustard - 2 tablespoons
