Cheesy Grits

Ingredients - Serves 4
- Pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Cheddar cheese - 1 cup, shredded
- Butter - 4 tablespoons
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Grits - 1 cup
- Water - 4 cups
Let's Get Started
- In a medium saucepan, bring the water to a boil.
- Slowly stir in the grits and salt, then reduce the heat to low.
