Cheese and Salsa Quesadilla

Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle with half of the shredded cheese.
  3. Spread half of the salsa over the cheese.
  4. Top with another tortilla and press down gently.
  5. Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the bottom tortilla is golden brown.
  6. Carefully flip the quesadilla over and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tortilla is golden brown.
  7. Remove from the skillet and repeat with the remaining tortillas, cheese, and salsa.
  8. Cut the quesadillas into wedges and serve hot.
