Cheese and Salsa Quesadilla
This easy and delicious quesadilla recipe is perfect for a quick lunch or dinner.
Ingredients - Serves 2
- Butter - 2 tablespoons
- Salsa - 1/2 cup
- Shredded cheese - 1 cup
- Flour tortillas - 4
Let's Get Started
- Preheat a large skillet over medium heat.
- Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle with half of the shredded cheese.
- Spread half of the salsa over the cheese.
- Top with another tortilla and press down gently.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the bottom tortilla is golden brown.
- Carefully flip the quesadilla over and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tortilla is golden brown.
- Remove from the skillet and repeat with the remaining tortillas, cheese, and salsa.
- Cut the quesadillas into wedges and serve hot.
