Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Clean the soya chaap sticks and keep them aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix together yogurt, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, lemon juice and salt.
  3. Add the soya chaap sticks to the marinade and mix well. Let it marinate for at least an hour.
  4. Heat oil in a grill pan or tandoor. Once the oil is hot, place the marinated soya chaap sticks on it.
  5. Grill the soya chaap sticks from all the sides until they are nicely browned and cooked.
  6. Serve hot with mint chutney or yogurt dip.
