Let's Get Started

  1. Clean the sandworms thoroughly by rinsing them in cold water.
  2. In a bowl, beat the eggs and add the chopped spring onions, fish sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. Heat the cooking oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. Add the sandworms to the pan and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they are cooked through.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the sandworms in the pan.
  6. Cook the omelette for about 5 minutes, or until the bottom is golden brown.
  7. Flip the omelette and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the other side is cooked.
  8. Transfer the omelette to a serving plate and cut into slices.
  9. Serve hot as an appetizer or with steamed rice as a main dish.
