Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat some oil over medium heat. Add the pork loin and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the shrimp and cook until pink and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add the garlic and cook until fragrant. Add the carrots and cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.
  5. Add the bean sprouts and green onions to the skillet and cook for another 2 minutes.
  6. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, fish sauce, sugar, and lime juice. Pour the sauce over the vegetables in the skillet and stir to combine.
  7. Add the cooked pork loin, shrimp, and egg noodles to the skillet. Toss everything together until well coated in the sauce.
  8. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped cilantro and crushed roasted peanuts.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy!
