- Sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Fish sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Lime juice - 3 tablespoons
- Chicken breast - 1 large
- Banana blossoms - 2

- Remove the outer layers of the banana blossoms and thinly slice the inner part. Soak the slices in a bowl of water with 1 tablespoon of lime juice to prevent browning.
- Boil the chicken breast until fully cooked, then shred it into thin strips.

- Drain the banana blossoms and combine them with the shredded chicken, mint, and cilantro in a large bowl.
