Ceviche

Ingredients - Serves 4
- Tortilla chips - For serving
- Salt - To taste
- Jalapeno - 1, seeded and finely chopped
- Cilantro - 1/4 cup, chopped
- Cucumber - 1/2, diced
- Tomato - 1, diced
- Red onion - 1/2 cup, finely chopped
- Lime juice - 1 cup
- Fresh white fish fillets - 1 pound, diced
Let's Get Started
- In a bowl, combine the diced fish and lime juice. Make sure the fish is fully submerged in the lime juice. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
