  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly oil a 9-inch round cake pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the chestnut flour and salt. Gradually add the water, whisking to prevent lumps.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
  4. Drizzle the top with the olive oil and sprinkle with the pine nuts and raisins.
  5. Press the rosemary sprigs into the top of the batter.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes, or until the top is firm and the edges are pulling away from the sides of the pan.
  7. Let cool before slicing and serving.
