Ingredients - Serves 6

Let's Get Started

  1. Heat ghee in a pan and add the grated carrots. Cook on medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. Add milk to the pan and cook on low heat until the carrots are soft and the milk is absorbed, about 30 minutes.
  3. Add sugar and cardamom powder to the pan. Mix well and cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. In a separate small pan, heat a tablespoon of ghee and fry the cashews, raisins, and almonds until golden.
  5. Add the fried nuts to the carrot mixture and mix well.
  6. Serve hot or chilled. Garnish with additional nuts if desired.
