Carrot Dosa

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Mix the dosa batter, grated carrots, chopped onion, green chillies, coriander leaves, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Heat a dosa pan or non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  3. Pour a ladleful of the batter onto the pan and spread it in a circular motion to make a thin dosa.
  4. Drizzle some oil around the edges of the dosa and cook until the bottom is golden brown.
  5. Flip the dosa and cook the other side until golden brown.
  6. Remove the dosa from the pan and repeat with the remaining batter.
  7. Serve the carrot dosa hot with coconut chutney or sambar.
