Carrot and Ginger Stir Fry
This carrot and ginger stir fry is a delicious and healthy dish that combines the sweetness of carrots with the zing of ginger.

- Toasted sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
- Green onions - 2, sliced
- Black pepper - To taste
- Salt - To taste
- Red pepper flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
- Honey - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Ginger - 1 tablespoon, grated
- Carrots - 4 medium, julienned
