Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat a panini press or grill pan.
  2. Brush one side of each slice of bread with olive oil.
  3. Place a slice of mozzarella cheese on two slices of bread, followed by tomato slices and basil leaves.
  4. Drizzle balsamic glaze over the tomato and basil.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Top with the remaining slices of bread, oiled side facing up.
  7. Place the sandwiches on the panini press or grill pan and cook for 4-5 minutes, or until the bread is crispy and the cheese is melted.
