  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a baking dish.
  2. Brush the bread slices with melted butter and arrange them in the baking dish.
  3. In a saucepan, combine the piloncillo, water, cinnamon sticks, and cloves. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer until the piloncillo is dissolved.
  4. Pour the syrup over the bread slices, making sure all the bread is soaked.
  5. Sprinkle the cheese, raisins, and peanuts over the bread.
  6. Bake for 20-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the bread is golden brown.
