  3. Rub the marinade all over the goose, inside and out. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
  4. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Place the goose on a rack in a roasting pan, breast side up. Roast in the preheated oven for about 2 hours, or until the skin is crispy and the meat is cooked through.
