Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. Place the yams in a large pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil and cook until the yams are tender, about 10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a small saucepan, combine the brown sugar, butter, cinnamon, orange zest, and salt. Cook over medium heat until the sugar has dissolved, about 5 minutes.
