Cabbage and Tofu Stir Fry

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. In a large skillet or wok, heat the sesame oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the tofu cubes and cook until golden brown on all sides. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the garlic and ginger. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add the sliced cabbage, carrots, and bell pepper. Stir fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are slightly tender.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Pour the sauce over the vegetables in the skillet and stir to coat evenly.
  7. Add the cooked tofu back to the skillet and toss everything together.
  8. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the tofu is heated through.
  9. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions and toasted sesame seeds.
  10. Serve hot and enjoy!
