Cabbage and Shrimp Stir Fry

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, honey, red pepper flakes, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Set aside.
  2. Heat the cooking oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the skillet and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
  4. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, until pink and cooked through. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add the sliced cabbage and cook for 3-4 minutes, until slightly softened.
  6. Return the cooked shrimp to the skillet and pour the sauce over the shrimp and cabbage. Stir well to coat everything in the sauce.
  7. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, until the sauce has thickened slightly and everything is heated through.
  8. Remove from heat and garnish with sliced green onions and toasted sesame seeds.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy!
