Cabbage and Cheese Parcels
These delicious parcels are filled with a savory mixture of cabbage and cheese, wrapped in a delicate pastry.

- Egg - 1, beaten
- Puff pastry - 1 sheet
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Onion - 1, finely chopped
- Cheddar cheese - 1 cup, grated
- Cabbage - 1 small, finely chopped
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until soft.
- Add the cabbage to the pan and cook until wilted. Season with salt and pepper.
- Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the grated cheese.
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut into squares. Spoon the cabbage and cheese mixture onto the center of each square.
